The focus of this workshop is build and develop the skills required in managing performance. We believe that managing performance can operate by targeting the communication and leadership approach and hopefully minimise performance management. By constantly managing the behaviour and the output of your team, both good and bad, you can manage performance. This involves the skills of effective communication and team development with your team, not only to identify the behaviours that make them successful, but also help them identify the strategies that they can put in place to improve their own performance and strive to achieve the team’s objectives.
The key to performance being managed effectively is to have regular communication, identify ineffective behaviours, coach and help your individuals and teams find workable outcomes.
